NewVoiceMedia to strengthen presence in North America with major appointment
NewVoiceMedia is strengthening its position in North America as a leading cloud contact centre vendor, with the appointment of Eric Coyle as Vice President Sales Engineering.
Eric joins with 25 years’ experience in cloud, contact centre and software businesses, most recently serving as Sales Engineering Director at Salesforce where he managed the technical sales team for the Service Cloud organisation in North America. Prior to that, he held technical sales leadership roles at Oracle and VMware.
His appointment to the newly-created role reflects the company’s significant growth and further demonstrates its on-going commitment to providing customers and prospects in the region with the best possible support. The business is growing at more than twice the rate of the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market according to industry analyst DMG Consulting, and has doubled its number of staff over the last year to meet increased demand for its technology.
