Leeds IT consultancy to defend industry award title
Leeds-based IT specialist reseller LDD Group is looking to retain a prestigious industry award, after being shortlisted for the second year running.
The business, which is predicting it will reach a £30m turnover in the next three years and recently launched IT support and managed print divisions, has been nominated in the SMB Reseller of the Year category in the CRN Channel Awards, an honour which it won in 2012.
The award recognises the IT reseller which provides the best service to SMBs, taking into consideration the reseller’s ability to deliver real benefits to the user organisation and how they meet customer objectives in terms of improved efficiency, ROI and cost reduction.
Mandi Iles, LDD group sales director, said: “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted yet again for the SMB Reseller of the Year and to be recognised for our honest, entrepreneurial and reliable approach to sales.
“The team prides itself on its strong, long lasting relationships with its clients, and attributes this to always being available, providing consistent, honest advice and working closely with the client to become part of their organisation.
“It’s fantastic to have been nominated two years in a row and we believe this reflects our dedication to excellent customer service.”
The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony in November.
