Black Country law firm completes the double at national awards ceremony

A leading Black Country law firm registered a notable double for the region at a prestigious awards ceremony held at one of Manchester’s leading hotels.

QualitySolicitors Talbots received the ‘Brand Ambassador of the Year’ Award, beating off competition from over 110 other law firms within the national QualitySolicitors network.

The firm’s New Enquiries Team was also Highly Commended in the ‘First Contact Team of thr Year’ category.

“Talbots has well established roots across the Black Country,” commented Martyn Morgan, Director.

“QualitySolicitors is the leading brand for legal services in the UK, so to be recognised as its brand ambassador is testimony to how our staff pride themselves on providing the very best service for our clients. Adding the First Contact commendation was simply icing on the cake.”

The New Enquiries Team deal with initial enquiries from potential clients who are looking to move home or needing advice on matters, such as relationship breakdowns or divorce. Every month, they deal with 600 calls, 120 website referrals and all associated administration – yet still manage to persuade 3 out of every 4 callers to entrust their matter to the firm.

“The annual QualitySolicitors’ awards recognise excellence amongst our network of law firms,” explained Craigh Holt, QualitySolicitors’ President and Founder.

“This double success for QualitySolicitors Talbots demonstrates their unwavering commitment to embracing the client-focused values of the brand. From the very first contact with the New Enquiries Team, right through to the very end of the job – this firm puts the client first every step of the way and that is why they are deserving of this recognition. It should give any business or individual thinking of using this firm great reassurance.”

The event was held at The Midland, an impressive hotel in the heart of Manchester’s city centre, which over the course of its 100 year history has played host to Kings, Queens, Presidents, Prime Ministers and rock stars.
