Established Scarborough estate agent rebranded by owners
Four Walls Or More, the new name of the former Ashtons estate agents on Falsgrave Road, Scarborough, has been launched by co-owners Paul Docwra, Stephen Maskill and Trish Docwra.
The independent, owner-managed business, which is one of the biggest estate agents in the region, has been trading since 2006.
The new company, which employs nine staff, will continue to offer home sales, rentals and property management in the region, but is aiming to create a fresh approach.
The three partners, who together have 50-plus years’ experience in the property industry, say that they want to build on the company’s traditional customer service values by offering more than just a service which sells or rents four walls.
Paul Docwra, partner at Four Walls Or More, said: “In seven years we have built up a fantastic reputation, a loyal customer base and a brilliant group of staff – the time is right for us to inject some modernity and fresh-thinking into the property market in the region.
“Stephen, Trish and I are people who like things done right: no short cuts or ‘do it later’ attitude.
“We appreciate the responsibility we take on when dealing with people’s properties, and our job is to give honest, intelligent, straight-talking advice to clients and customers.
“Dedication, professionalism, customer service and attention to detail is what stands us out from other agents – our staff believe in what we do and this epitomises the philosophy of Four Walls Or More.”
