Burnley telecoms firm search for 30 call centre staff
Burnley-based New Call Telecom, is recruiting 30 new staff to its call centre to cater for growing demand.
The move follows an intake of 60 staff, six months ago which doubled the firm’s workforce - which now stands at 110.
New Call reshored its call centre operation in 2011 as it was formally based in Mumbai.
Nigel Eastwood, chief executive of New Call Telecom, said: “This recruitment drive is the latest effort to ensure we continue to have a quality team to support our rapidly growing business. Since launching the business in 2010, New Call Telecoms has gone from strength to strength.
“New Call’s team of experienced UK telecoms professionals have successfully established five strong brands, in addition to rolling out superfast fibre broadband earlier this year. It’s a transformational time for New Call and I look forward to welcoming the new recruits.”
A recruitment open day will run from 10am-5pm on Saturday November 16 at Lindred Road, Lomeshaye Industrial Estate, BB9 5SR.
