Redhall Vivergo judgement imminent
Redhall plc the Wakefield based nuclear engineering company has announced that a judgement will be recieved on their ongoing court battle with Vivergo in December of this year.
In March 2011 Vivergo sacked Redhall from its £200 million biofuels plant on the BP Saltend site near Hull. After a court decreed that the termination of the contract was unlawful, Vivergo started proceedings to overturn this action.
Redhall’s statement on this news was simply “The Board welcomes this decision.”
Following receipt of the judgement, and to ensure it has the opportunity to assimilate fully the effect, the Board expects to make its preliminary announcement of the results for the year ended 30 September 2013 by the end of January 2014.
