Luxury housing developer welcomes new site at Kingswood Parks
A multi-million pound deal has been signed by a Yorkshire based construction company paving the way for a brand new collection of homes in the picturesque area of Kingswood Parks in Hull.
Leading luxury housebuilder, Charles Church, is expected to start work on 200 new homes at the 17 acre site on Runnymede Avenue.
The new neighbourhood will provide a range of beautifully designed four and five bedroom homes to meet the needs of discerning house hunters in Hull.
Simon Usher, managing director at Charles Church Yorkshire, said: “We take pride in all we do from selecting sites in prime locations, to our high standard of workmanship and the service we provide to our customers both during and after they purchase a home from us.
“The new development will not only provide new homes but also jobs for local people.”
