Steeles Law LLP selects ILB from Advanced Legal as their legal platform of choice
Norwich based law firm, Steeles Law has today announced that it has selected ILB, a fully integrated practice and case management system (PCMS) from Advanced Legal, as its new legal technology platform.
Following a comprehensive review of software solutions developed specifically for firms in the legal sector, Steeles Law identified ILB as the platform best suited to the firm’s needs. The firm wanted a single, fully integrated system that would help improve efficiency, aid compliance, greatly improve customer interaction through marketing initiatives and drive profitability with improved reporting capabilities.
The business will roll-out ILB across its three regional offices in Norwich, Diss and Central London, replacing its existing practice and case management software with the more sophisticated solution.
ILB is a fully integrated practice and case management system giving the user total control over their working day. It is designed to help practice staff efficiently manage their clients, cases and documents, record time, process accounts and monitor performance within an easy to use interface. ILB will be used by over 50 personnel on a day-to-day basis.
Michelle Trenerry, Head of ICT & Development of Steeles Law commented “We are looking forward to implementing ILB because it offers us everything we need from a PCMS, especially in terms of management reporting.
“As a modern, forward thinking law firm, we were particularly keen to partner with a supplier with the knowledge and experience we require to help us achieve our business goals. Advanced Legal is the perfect fit for us.”
The case management system will dramatically improve efficiencies within the firm and will facilitate plans for further growth in 2014.
ILB is the fastest growing PCMS on the market with the 250th firm recently going live on the solution. More than 60 firms have chosen ILB as their legal platform of choice in the last 12 months.
Advanced Legal forms part of Advanced Business Solutions, an Advanced Computer Software Group plc company.
