Sales Nugget – Why? Why? Why?
Last week we held a great event in North Tyneside with two brilliant speakers Dan Bond and Phil Gripton the CEO of Cupid plc. The event ‘The Art of Seduction - how to attract more customers’ gave the attendees many tips, techniques and guides to help attract and keep customers.
One message from Phil was that you must qualify every opportunity that you get and qualify hard. His message was that unless you can come up with a compelling reason why the prospect should deal with you it would be wise to walk away.
The number one objective in Phil’s eyes is that you qualify the opportunity to identify the client’s challenges, problems, or pain that will be addressed when your solution is implemented.
