Time is Money

Time is money, especially if you are running a service-based business. Time and Money are two incredibly valuable commodities that are very precious to you as a business owner. We all have the same amount of time, i.e. 24 hours, in a day so, how do you optimise your time so that you can earn more money?

Working with a Virtual Assistant is one very quick win. I save my clients their precious time so that they can grow their business and earn more money. [Admin Doctor - time saving expert]

Do you know how many hours per month you spend on your admin? Have you calculated how much money that is costing your business? For every hour you spend on your admin, that’s an hour’s less revenue into your business.

So, for example, if you spend 10 hours per month on tasks such as diary management, chasing unpaid invoices, issuing invoices, social media activity, creating newsletters, publishing blogs, promoting your events or training courses or typing reports, and you have a charge out rate of let’s say, £100 per hour, then immediately you’ve lost £1,000 revenue that month. Multiply that by 12 and straight away you’ve cost your business £12,000 in lost revenue…can you really afford to be doing that every year?!!

By investing in a Virtual Assistant, you will free up all of those hours you would normally spend doing your admin chores and therefore gain the flexibility to go out and earn the money you would have otherwise lost.

Jim Rohn hit the nail on the head:

“Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money, but you can’t get more time.“

Quite often, I think we don’t value our time enough. Time is money and like Jim Rohn states, you can’t gain more time but what you can do is make the most of the time you have available. Now, how would you rather spend your valuable time? By losing money or by earning money?
