New owners of NewAdventurelands celebrate successful first year

Good quality family fun is on the menu this Easter at NewAdventurelands in Benton, as the new owners celebrate a successful first year since acquring the business last April.

Tracy and David Goodwin and their daughter Emily, are delighted with the way the business has progressed, and believe they’ve found the perfect ingredients for families at their soft play and bistro, which continues to go from strength to strength.

Significant improvements to operations, growth and financial stability at NewAdventurelands were the focus for the new owners, and the first year’s results have far exceeded their expectations.

Such has been their success, they’ve doubled the number of staff they employ to 29 and they’re hoping to recruit more staff in the coming months to meet the needs of a growing clientele.

A crèche and new range of birthday parties, are just some of the new initiatives they’ve introduced. Their parties are such a hit they can hold 18-20 parties a week, often booked 4 months in advance.

Tracy attributes the businesses success to providing a relaxed, safe and friendly environment for families who can enjoy everything from soft play to arts and crafts and a home cooked meal all under one roof.

“What’s special about NewAdventurelands is our homely atmosphere. Many of our staff have been with us since day one and it’s this consistency of service and a familiar friendly face that seems to make a difference.”

“Also we listen closely to our customers and ensure we continue to provide what they need and they return time and time again.” Said Owner Tracy Goodwin.

Owners of NewAdventurelands’ future plans include further investment in their play equipment and to continue to find ways of providing an exciting and stimulating environment for children.
