TLW Solicitors expansion drive with key appointment for Financial Mis-selling claims

One of TLW Solicitors most successful lawyers has recently been appointed as the Head of Financial Mis-selling within the firms Professional Negligence division. Marc Davison brings to the table over 10 years of wide ranging litigation experience.

Marc joined TLW in 2010 where he was responsible for complex claims covering low velocity and multi-track cases. Having graduated with a first class LLB Hons degree at Newcastle University Marc started his career at a well known firm working within the Industrial Disease department.

As Head of Financial Mis-selling, Marc will oversee claimant areas specialising in consumer credit claims, PPI claims and misrepresentation claims.

TLW Solicitors was established in 2000, the firm offers a wide range of litigation services including Road Traffic Accidents, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, and Professional Negligence.

Marc Davison said of the career move, ‘I’ve welcomed the challenge to carve out a brand new department at TLW, whilst working on these types of cases and assisting our clients has been a rewarding experience’.

The Financial Mis-selling team have been helping clients successfully recover losses from mis-sold financial products. TLW have already recovered thousands owed to clients from one of the UKs biggest mis-selling scandals, Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) and are also working with clients who were victims of Timeshare and Holiday Club Membership scams.
