Training tempts our team to succeed

What have we been up to?

Here at TEMP-TEAM our staff never stop improving. Recently we have been busy undertaking invaluable training into the more complex aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering recruitment. Both the management team and all staff responsible for incoming technical and engineering roles attended the intensive training course which spanned over four weeks. Our staff and clients have benefited greatly and the training was a huge success!

So what was it all about, who’ll benefit?

Advanced training was given in job specific terminology often found in CVs. One exciting aspect of the training was guidance into exactly how this relates to the workplace. For our staff, this precious insight into a prospective candidate’s day to day role and function within our clients’ businesses was invaluable. Armed with this knowledge we are sure our team will continue to place only the highest calibre of candidates into their perfect roles. Our attention to detail and emphasis on quality only continues to grow!

There were personal benefits for all our staff members as well. Since undertaking the training, general confidence amongst our staff has vastly improved. Response time and ‘hit rate’ are also steadily increasing as a direct result of the training.

And it’s not only our TEMP-TEAM staff members who will benefit… Knowledge is greatly improved by regular training; which means our clients’ requirements are dealt with by someone who is an up to date expert within their field. TEMP-TEAM employees swiftly and accurately sift through heaps of CVs to ensure that only those suitable are ever seen by our clients. TEMP-TEAM is continually putting the customer first by using training to add value to the service it offers.

So is training worth it?

The harsh economic climate is constantly forcing many companies to reduce their budget; regrettably training often falls by the way-side. Here at TEMP-TEAM we are determined to offer continued support and training to our staff and we are continually embarking on regular training to improve the effectiveness of our service.

It is un-doubtable this training will reap substantial rewards in both the long term and the immediate future for the team and our clients. Sometimes a small investment of time and money can see huge dividends for both customer and staff. For these reasons we at TEMP-TEAM champion regular training. We will continue to raise standards within our company so we can offer the speedy, reliable service we are so well regarded for.

As always, we are proud of our staff and want them to feel assured that they are doing a fantastic job. The motivational culture within our business is the key to our success so we thank everyone for coming along for the four weeks and committing themselves to constant development.

We can’t always base improvement on just telling people to work harder!
