IP law firm WP Thompson expands onto Liverpool waterfront
Intellectual property law firm, WP Thompson hasexpanded iinto the 10,646 sq ft, 8th floor at No. 1 Mann Island on Liverpool’s waterfront.
CBRE’s Office Agency teamt acted on behalf of Merseytravel whilst Adept Consultancy acted for WP Thompson.
WP Thompson has signed a 10 year lease at the iconic 140,000 sq ft building which is currently attracting thousands of visitors each day as the hub of the International Festival for Business.
The Grade A, BREEAM Excellent rated building is located mid-way between the Port of Liverpool Building and Albert Dock and forms part of the mixed-use Mann Island regeneration scheme, often referred to as the ‘fourth grace’.
No. 1 Mann Island has attracted new tenants John West Foods and MWDA in recent months and now has 32,000 sq ft over 3 floors available for occupation in suites from 2,800 sq ft upwards at a quoting rent of £20.50 per sq ft.
