Leeds’ Blacks Solicitors completes major acquisition deal for IT service provider
Leeds-based law firm, Blacks Solicitors LLP has acted on behalf of IT service provider, Comms-care on a significant acquisition deal to help the company build on its overall service strategy now and in the future.
Comms-care, which deals with leading network vendors, including Cisco, HP, IBM and Dell made the strategic decision to acquire Platform Consultancy Services as it looks to expand its customer propositions around Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and NetApp technologies.
This follows a string of major acquisition deals for Blacks’ progressive Corporate department.
Dave Paterson, partner in the Corporate Department at Blacks said, “It’s been great to work with such a highly regarded and well established company in the IT service provider sector.
“Comms-care has big plans for the future and we look forward to seeing how the acquisition benefits the firm’s continued growth strategy.”
