Newcastle Rail Tour business on track for success

Newcastle City Centre based RailTourGuide are looking to take on their third employee after seeing an increase in turnover and expansion into offering UK and international rail tickets.

In recent years, they’ve seen a huge increase in demand, contributing to their turnover trebling.

Their knowledge and experience of the industry has contributed to a very tailored customer experience, allowing them to expand to now offer rail services internationally; as far away as the USA, Asia and Australia. All with the help of a mentoring service provided by Newcastle based PNE Enterprise.

The business started out in 2010 giving advice to customers on all rail related products from the best tickets to the most scenic journeys to travel on, around the UK and Europe.

Last year, the company expanded to move in to an office space provided by North East Workspace in Newcastle City Centre, which is an ideal location opposite the railway station, allowing private customers access to their offices for one-to-one support and travel advice.

RailTourGuide has now begun advertising for a new employee to come in as a Global Rail Consultant in order to facilitate customer enquiries and carry out bookings
