It's all about the tennis

I often get asked why our coaches are on call to help out our clients whenever they need them. Why is it that our clients can contact us anytime in between their coaching sessions to get advice?

Well you see it is all because for many years I was a professional tennis coach . What I found was when was teaching something new, if I didn’t see it in action in the heat of battle, my student would go back to old habits.

What I mean is if I taught you how to hit a top spin backhand in our lesson. Then you tried to do it in a match and it wasn’t working , naturally you would convert back to your old slice backhand. Which meant the next lesson we would have to virtually go back to the drawing board. However if I was there to see what you were doing , under pressure I could give a few tips to think about and help you carry on the change of habit successfully. Therefore the next lesson we would be able to progress and advance the new backhand further .

We set the same service up for our business coaching. If we set some goals to achieve and you weren’t having great success with it, you could ring, email or text for some help. It could be as easy as a short conversation that could help you drive through the issue to success. Then when I see you for the next face to face you have achieved your goal and we will move on to your next lot of ambitions.

We feel the best way to achieve success for our coaching clients is to be available to help them 24 /7 .
