Aaron & Partners ratified as IAG members

Leading North West law firm Aaron & Partners LLP has been formally ratified as a member of the Integrated Advisory Group (IAG) International and is now in a position to provide assistance and access to advice on legal matters across numerous jurisdictions through its close relationship with IAG Members.

A network of carefully selected legal, accountancy and corporate finance professionals from around the world, IAG aims to eliminate the complications of international business by maintaining strong working relationships with its members across the globe.

Corporate and Commercial Partner Stuart Haynes, who joined Aaron & Partners from a Telford law firm earlier this year, has an 18-year relationship with IAG and has acted for numerous UK companies wishing to conduct, or already undertaking, business abroad, as well as foreign-owned subsidiaries within the UK.

Stuart said: “I’m very pleased that my long-established relationship with IAG has already begun to bear fruit for Aaron & Partners and that the company is now a member. Being a member means that we can progress legal matters in other countries and act for clients who are conducting business across the world. This seamless service results from a trusted network of members working together to provide hassle-free legal and business solutions.”

Nayra Prado Merrero, IAG Chairman, said: “Aaron & Partners are an excellent new member for IAG to have gained. They will add greatly to the worldwide reach and capability IAG provides to the benefit of member firms and their clients. Stuart Haynes, who introduced the firm, is already well known and respected across IAG internationally, and we look forward to working with him and all our new colleagues from Aaron & Partners.”

Aaron & Partners was officially ratified as a member at the IAG General Assembly in Toronto last month, with Stuart Haynes and Stuart Scott-Goldstone, Head of Corporate at Aaron & Partners, in attendance.

Andy Duxbury, Chief Executive of Aaron & Partners, said: “I’m delighted that Stuart [Haynes]’s relationship with IAG has paved the way for Aaron & Partners to become a member of the organisation, giving us yet another fantastic service to offer our clients. As all members are carefully selected through an exhaustive interviewing process, being ratified shows a high level of recognition for the services we provide and the professional and tailored approach we take to dealing with every case and every client.”

Eighteen different countries were represented at the assembly with 48 delegates and a number of prospective members attending. The next meetings are scheduled for October and February and will take place in Gran Canaria and Hong Kong respectively.
