Taylor&Emmet makes PI pledge for Alzheimer’s Day

Taylor&Emmet LLP is marking World Alzheimer’s Day on September 21 by pledging £50 to its annual charity from every personal injury case it accepts this month.

Throughout September, personal injury experts at the Sheffield-based firm will make a donation to The Alzheimer’s Society for each new case they agree to take on.

To qualify for the donation, anyone hurt in an accident through no fault of their own should quote ALZ50 when enquiring about Taylor&Emmet’s services. A free meeting will be arranged to establish if there is a case and to answer any questions about taking it forward. If the firm is then instructed, it will give £50 to the charity.

Jonathan Stittle, head of Taylor&Emmet’s personal injury team, said: “We hope local residents will help us add hundreds of pounds to the total raised so far for this fantastic charity. Our efforts have been supported generously by colleagues, family and friends and we now want to encourage clients to get behind the Alzheimer’s Society and its invaluable work in the local community.”

Taylor&Emmet has already raised almost £3,000 for its annual charity through a number of in-house events and sporting challenges, but this month-long campaign is its most ambitious project yet. The Alzheimer’s Society provides practical services and essential contact for families coping with dementia. To find out more, visit www.alzheimers.org.uk.
