Chocolat Chocolat launches competition to win hand crafted chocolatey treat
Competition to celebrate new chocolatier at Cambridge’s favourite chocolate shop
Starting this week and running for three weeks, Cambridge’s favourite chocolate shop is offering the chance to win a one-off, hand-made chocolate treat – crafted by the newest Chocolat Chocolat team member, Lisa Coletti.
Lisa recently moved to the city to take up a position in the team, after a visit to Cambridge, when she discovered the shop by chance and found out that their existing chocolatier was moving away. Already working as a chocolatier in Brighton, she jumped at the chance to become Chocolat Chocolat’s new chocolatier, and they are now celebrating her arrival with a competition for chocolate lovers.
The prize will be a unique handmade, seaside themed chocolate plaque, made by the former Brighton resident.
Having always had a passion for food, and chocolate in particular, Lisa started her chocolatier career working in a traditional English chocolate store, producing classically flavoured English creams in an old Victorian factory behind the shop-front. Over the years, she gradually extended her chocolatey repertoire, and was perfect for the position which she stumbled across on her visit to Cambridge a few months ago. Lisa immediately fell in love with the shop during the visit, and it’s turned out to be an excellent fit for her skills.
Shop owner Isabelle: “It’s been great having Lisa as part of our team, she’s always coming up with fantastic new flavour ideas and every sheet of chocolate she makes comes out perfect!”
But you don’t have to take her word for it – you can enter competition and taste for yourself. For details on how to enter the competition, customers can visit Chocolat Chocolat, St Andrews Street, Cambridge.
