New partner boosts Taylor&Emmet litigation team

Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is enhancing the services it offers to local businesses with the appointment of an experienced commercial litigation specialist.

Established solicitor, Paul Smith, joins Taylor&Emmet as a partner to drive forward the expert legal support the firm provides to the city region.

Paul will be dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation, including complex contractual disputes, professional negligence and shareholder issues. He joins Taylor&Emmet following 18 years at Sheffield’s DLA Piper, where he handled cases for national and international clients in sectors as diverse as telecoms and IT, automotive, retail and education.
