Altrincham’s St. John’s House Is Shining With Letting Success
Hollins Murray Group has fully let St. John’s House after two deals at the Grade ‘A’ office scheme in Altrincham.
Relocating from its previous offices in the town centre, housing developer and regeneration specialist, Lovell has signed up to 7,319 sq ft office accommodation on a 10-year lease. Existing tenant, Experis, which occupied the entire first floor of the building, has expanded its operations by taking 3,472 sq ft of additional space on the second floor.
Speaking about the decision to relocate in Altrincham, Lovell’s regional director Nigel Yates commented: “St. John’s House is prestigious regional base and acts as a perfect location to help support our expanding operations across the North West. Not only do our new premises provide a high-specification, modern and welcoming environment for our team and our clients, but they also benefit from a prominent position in central Altrincham, where the company has long been established.”
Nick Casson, Chief Executive of Hollins Murray Group added: “We are delighted to have embarked upon a new relationship with Lovell and to have strengthened our existing relationship with Experis. Both are high-profile occupiers, each with great businesses and these two deals highlight the quality and appeal of St John’s House”.
James Dickinson of Canning O’Neill concluded: “The above deals are further evidence of an improving South Manchester office market. St Johns House is a quality building in one of South Manchester’s most popular suburbs and fully deserves this recent letting success.”
Joint agents, Canning O’Neill and Regional Property Solutions acted for Hollins Murray Group. DTZ advised Lovell.
