Poppy-PR expands workforce to celebrate four year anniversary
Ilkeston based Poppy-PR is expanding its workforce to celebrate its fourth anniversary by bringing in a new PR executive.
The Derbyshire based agency that was created out of a passion for the written word, has increased its personnel with the introduction of Thomas Bermingham, 20, a Print Journalism student from Nottingham Trent University.
Director, Tina Clough, said: “It has been an amazing four years for us at Poppy-PR and we have become one of the only agencies in The Midlands to specialise in the property and construction sector. I am delighted to welcome Tom to the team, he brings both a sharp writing style and enthusiasm to the table.”
Executing major press campaigns for clients by securing coverage in property trade publications, the local property guides, local and national business press and broadsheets such as The Independent, The Times and The Sunday Times, Poppy-PR has dealt with many of the leading letting and estates agencies throughout the UK.
Mr Bermingham said: “After studying journalism, I was always interested in working in public relations, I am delighted to have the opportunity to work for Poppy-PR and to join an agency that is getting bigger every year. It has been amazing to see where my work is being used and I feel a real passion already in helping boost the brand awareness of our client base.”
Miss Clough added: “Here at Poppy-PR, we work in line with our clients expectations and consider ourselves to be part of their team. Our expansion allows our clients to have a more personal connection to the agency and will also allow us to take on new clients.”
