Seven figure funding deal leads to new housing development
North West house builder Eccleston Homes has started construction work on a new housing development in Rainford, as a result of a funding deal from The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
RBS has provided the developer with a seven figure funding package to assist with the development of the scheme on Mill Lane, just off the A570.
A total of fifteen houses are planned for the development, which will be called Meadow View, and will be split across two separate plots of land located either side of the Manor development built around 10 years ago.
Chris Johnson, senior relationship manager at The Royal Bank of Scotland said: “We are really pleased that we have been able to support the company.
“Its management team are amongst the best I have worked with and together have over 70 years experience. This latest development is set to be a real success for the company and we wish them all the best”.
