Keycare Ireland shortlisted for best new product in prestigious industry award

Keycare Ireland – a division of Keycare, the UK’s largest provider of insurance for lost and stolen keys – is a finalist in the coveted Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards.

The Keycare 123.ie policy, an optional extra with car insurance policies, has been shortlisted for the ‘Best new product or service category’ in the Republic of Ireland’s biggest award event.

Launched in 2010 in Hillsborough, County Down, Keycare Ireland provides insurance policies to cover the cost of replacing keys and locks for cars, homes and businesses. Its products and services are commissioned by leading distributors and household names in insurance and other sectors and it delivers a 24/7 service via a selected panel of locksmiths.

Nicholas Urwin, Keycare Ireland’s managing director said: “This is a great acknowledgement of our commitment to provide innovative customer focussed services and new product development as we constantly strive to be the best. Our Keycare 123.ie policy brings a wealth of benefits to our valued customers.”

David Robertson chief executive of Keycare’s UK operation based in Shipley, said: “Being first to offer this pioneering policy to consumers in Ireland also reflects the dedication and hard work of the team. This shortlisting is well deserved.”

Hosted by the Contact Centre Management Association, the awards will take place on Saturday 15th November at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Dublin.
