Beaumont Legal Rounds Out “Most Successful Year” With Further Awards Accolade

Yorkshire’s largest residential conveyancing firm - Beaumont Legal - is celebrating its most successful year after clinching a Bronze Award for its conveyancing services at the Estate Agency of the Year awards, in association with the Sunday Times. Emma Newby, one of the firm’s Associate Solicitors, was also recognised at the awards as she made it into the final three in the category for the country’s Best Individual Conveyancer.

In 2014 Beaumont Legal expanded by 50 employees for the second year running, opening a new office in Wakefield to take its headcount beyond 150. The firm also invested in its own Training Academy and completed a record number of conveyancing transactions – more than any other in Yorkshire.

“Everyone at Beaumont Legal possesses a genuine desire to exceed clients’ expectations,” said the award judges as they summed up their thoughts. “Without exception, every member of the team focuses on how to give each client a unique and tailored experience. The passion of the partners is palpable and they share this enthusiasm with the team whose dedication is evident. The in-house training academy is brilliant and the company has invested heavily in training its people.”

As well as the Sunday Times-affiliated award the firm had already clinched the Mortgage Finance Gazette award for Best Conveyancing Provider and retained the First Time Buyer magazine award for Best Law Firm for Conveyancing for a second year.

Emma Newby was the second Beaumont Legal employee to be shortlisted for the individual award in two years. Having been with the firm since 2007, she specialises in new build property transactions and has built up a wealth of experience in Beaumont Legal’s conveyancing department. Her recognition showcases her commitment to become one of the UK’s most respected conveyancing solicitors.
