Interesting facts about short quotes writers

Whether you write short quotes about love, short funny quotes or short inspirational or motivational quotes, read this. I have been writing and hanging out with writers for two decades now, for that time I have found that knowing yourself is very important as a writer. But, there are some facts that can be generic for writers. Can you find yourself here?

1. We walk a lonely road. Introversion is a dominant state in writers. We don’t want to be around people, it tires us and drains our energy. The first few years that I have been writing I thought that I should be a team player, but that wasn’t working out, then I started working alone, and it was perfect.

2. We want to be recognized by the World. We want our words to change the life of billions. We want a multi-million book deals. We want to be talked about, advertisement for our work to be put everywhere. We simply want to be read.

3. We’re afraid and full of doubt. We want to be recognized, but we have the fear of being criticized. What if somebody else has done this? What if people think I’m not original? Is he better than me? Is she better than me? These are questions that we keep asking our selves.

4. We’re full of creativity, but we forget this sometimes. I was working in IT and had my creative side slowly dying, I wanted to write love poems for her and had no inspiration, so I kept repeating “I am creative, I am an author”. One year later I had two novels published, and I was working on the third one.

5. We finish what we start. People keep telling me about the ideas that they have, but they never execute them. Writing is all about finishing what you started, and that’s what makes a good writer.

6. We’re making our work better each day. We’re obsessed about getting better. Sometimes we actually spend more time reading books than writing them. We want to do better; we want to be the best.

7. Deeply within us there are dark places, and we know this. Sometimes we write things that are violent and horrific, full of emotion and with raw truthfulness. We know people feel these emotions but they don’t show them. They hide them deep within their emotions and don’t show them in public, but they know them and the feel them.
