On this occasion Raw Talent Academy are looking to source high-calibre candidates for a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultant positions. Over the next 6 weeks Raw Talent Academy will be looking for the top candidates from around the Milton Keynes area to showcase their talent through a series of business tasks and will be holding an audition day on the 12th February 2015 at a venue to be confirmed in the Milton Keynes area.

The day will see the top 25 candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by both TechNET IT’s and Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
