Offers made on the day
The renowned process - which Raw Talent Academy created - is unique in the way that candidates will find out on the day whether they have secured a position with TechNET IT.
The day will see the top 25 candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by both TechNET IT’s and Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
