Thank Frankie it’s Friday at NUFC
THE general manager at one of the North East’s best loved venues is giving businesses that Friday feeling, with a special offer for delegates.
Frankie Angus, who heads the Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events team at St James’ Park – home to Newcastle United Football Club – has issued a personal promise to corporate clients.
He is giving those who book their meeting, conference or event on a Friday the chance to enjoy a range of perks designed to provide a pleasurable end to the working week.
His Thanks Frankie it’s Friday package includes tea, coffee and Danish pastries on arrival, mid- morning beverages and biscuits and a hot and cold finger buffet, including bite-sized portions of traditional fish and chips.
In the afternoon, delegates, who will also enjoy free on-site parking, pre booked free WiFi and event stationary, will each be given hot drinks and a mini Crunchie bar. Along with a number of spacious and flexible function rooms, St James’ Park boasts one of the biggest banqueting suites in the region, capable of holding up to 1000 guests, while conference organisers can also opt for an executive box with views of the pitch.
Frankie, said: “How better to round off the working week than at one of the sporting world’s most famous venues?
“Our team has put together a package of a little perks and treats which prove that it is possible to mix business with pleasure – especially on a Friday.”
The Thank Frankie it’s Friday package costs from £25 per delegate and is subject to minimum numbers and availability.
