iboss Appoints New SVP of Worldwide Sales
iboss Network Security announced the appointment of security industry veteran Frank McLallen to senior vice president of worldwide sales. McLallen was brought onboard to drive the company’s global sales strategy, with an emphasis on growing the channel. In his new role, McLallen will focus on expanding the global sales team, building out comprehensive channel programs, and creating an aggressive go-to-market strategy.
“Frank has a proven track record for building and managing successful sales and channel organisations, increasing revenues, closing large enterprise clients and exceeding quotas,” said Paul Martini, CEO, iboss Network Security. “iboss has experienced tremendous revenue growth of 1,859% over the last few years, and as we continue our focus on aggressive company expansion, Frank is the perfect addition to lead our skilled team of sales executives and help take us to the next level.”
A seasoned executive, McLallen has over 25 years of IT sales and consulting experience. Most recently, he served as vice president of public sector sales at enterprise information security provider Accuvant. Prior to Accuvant, McLallen held various leadership positions with Prevari, Carmichael Security and LVA Communications.
“Modern malware threats are sophisticated and evasive and relying solely on preventive measures is no longer enough. Organisations must have safeguards in place to mitigate risk once a network is compromised,” said McLallen. “I’m excited to join an innovative company that offers the industry’s most advanced technology for closing the security gap between malware infection and detection, where data exfiltration occurs. I look forward to playing a key role in bringing iboss’ game-changing security solutions to a larger global audience and accelerating iboss’ phenomenal growth.”
