Salford-based DWM Plant Ltd secures new £150k funding with RBS

Salford-based local groundwork construction company DWM Plant Limited will focus on long term growth plans as a result of securing new funding with Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

DWM Plant has secured a £150k funding deal with the bank, which has been designed to support cash flow during this period of growth.

The company hope to increase turnover building on last year when the company had a turnover of £5.5m.

Established in 2003, DWM Plant provides a full range of services associated with groundwork construction.

Managing director of DWM Plant Limited David McGregor, said: “The construction industry in the North West is growing and as a result the business is expanding.

“This is fantastic news for us and as a result I am focussed on ensuring that the business is stable so that we can make the most of any opportunities that arise.

“I have recently appointed a new Commercial Director and Finance Director to help manage the company’s operations and the funding we have secured with RBS will help us to maintain a smooth cash flow so that we can focus on long term, sustainable growth.

“Switching to RBS has been excellent.

“The process couldn’t have been simpler and our relationship manager Liz Williamson instantly recognised the potential growth of the business.

“Their support, along with that of my family, is really helping me to drive forward the business and achieve our aspirations.”
