Bradford-based industrial investment hits the market for £650k
A majority let industrial investment located in Bradford, which earns £56k per annum, is now up for sale with offers expecting to be in the range of £650k.
Crossley Hall Works on York Street, off Thornton Road, which covers approximately 42,000 sq. ft, consists of eight individual units, six of which are currently being let.
Bradford office of Eddisons, acting on behalf of Ashfield UK Ltd, are conducting the sale of the property.
Shazad Mahmood, associate director at Eddisons said: “This is a well located site capable of generating annual income of around £80,000 when fully let, thereby offering a potential gross yield of around 12.5 per cent. The property provides good asset management opportunities.
“There is strong interest in this type of investment and with demand currently outstripping supply we are hopeful of a quick sale.”
Furthermore, Eddisons has also brought to the market a 19,000 sq. ft. site on Sticker Lane in Bradford. Previously the location of a Sunday School, Thorite House includes trade counter, a showroom and office space, and is also suitable for a redevelopment project with planning.
The asking price for Thorite House is £525,000.
A well-known Bradford business which is currently occupying the site has also informed Eddisons to source new premises of up to 40,000 sq. ft. for the purpose of future expansion.
