Jointly organised by the All India Ayurvedic Congress, the International Maharishi AyurVeda Foundation, and the International Academy of Ayurveda, this Congress is part of a combined effort to bring to light a healthcare system that is holistic, prevention-oriented, cost effective and capable of leading the world towards an increasingly disease-free society
All health professionals wishing to expand the scope and effectiveness of their medical practice are invited to attend. In addition, policymakers and administrators in the field of health are invited to join the congress to gain insights to improve health care and reduce costs.
A leading speaker at the congress, Dr. med Ulrich Bauhofer, from Germany says, “During the past decades AyurVeda has become very popular in the West. Many people are travelling to India and Sri Lanka but also to Europe where many Ayurvedic clinics have opened.
“While many people connect AyurVeda with the well known technique of oil massage and they are not aware of the deep wisdom contained in Ayurvedic medicine. Breakthrough research uncovering the intimate link between consciousness and the physiology will be presented – locating the inner healing intelligence of the human physiology.
Bauhofer goes on to say, “This congress will show the great opportunity Ayurvedic medicine can provide to solve some of the major health problems of our time.”
