Yorkshire Law Firm: Fond farewells and warm welcomes
Yorkshire law firm Taylor Bracewell bid a fond farewell to Senior Partner and Head of Dispute Resolutions Mark Beresford as he retired on Friday 27th March 2015.
Mark had been with the firm since joining Ward Bracewell as an articled clerk in 1984 after gaining an MA (Hons) from St John’s College Cambridge. He had been a Partner with the firm for 25 years.
Mark’s retirement from the law firm left an opening for a new Head of Department: Debbie Mactaggart joined Taylor Bracewell as a Senior Employment Solicitor in Sheffield and Doncaster in January 2015 and will now also head up the Dispute Resolution team. She brings over 20 years’ experience to the firm, most of which has been in Dispute Resolution (including HR & Employment law).
“Mark will be sorely missed,” says Sharon Beck, Managing Partner. “Whilst he is leaving behind very big boots to fill, Debbie will undoubtedly be a great asset to the Dispute Resolution team, as she is already in HR & Employment.”
Taylor Bracewell is a well-established and respected law firm operating from offices in Thorne Road, Doncaster, and Sheffield’s Fountain Precinct.
