Roma Finance, the specialist bridging finance lender, is delighted to announce that Daniel Hill has been promoted to Lending Manager.
Daniel has worked at Roma Finance for nearly two years and has played a key role in the company’s growth. He has worked in the specialist lending industry for over 7 years and was previously an Underwriter at Lancashire Mortgage Corporation.
The new role has given Daniel more responsibility for assessing cases, carrying out expert and flexible underwriting and managing bridging cases to completion with all parties involved.
Commenting on his new role Daniel said: “This is an exciting time for Roma Finance as we look to build on what we have achieved over the past 18 months and our plan is to triple the size of the business this year.
“In my new role I will take on greater underwriting and case review responsibilities to help our broker partners on a wide variety of applications as the property and bridging finance markets continue to develop.
“I look forward to continuing to provide excellent service to introducers and being at the heart of the company’s development and future growth.”
