Skipton Building Society embarks on new venture with Bradford-based travel management company
Redfern, a leading travel management company based in Bradford, has announced that Skipton Building Society is officially its newest client.
With the new agreement, Redfern will now take care of all the travel arrangements for all of employees of Skipton Building Society Skipton, which is the the UK’s fourth largest building society.
The financial organisation, which currently operates with 95 branches, seeked out a cost-effective travel management solution which was both user friendly, provided 24/7 proactive support and supported the Society’s travel policies.
Mark Bowers, chief executive of Redfern, said: “Skipton Building Society wanted to simplify its travel and accommodation booking process and through our tRIPS tool we are able to offer users an end to end booking tool for hotels, rail, flights and even taxis.
“In addition we offer customers real time online itineraries and round the clock emergency support. These aspects were very important to Skipton Building Society, as were our automated reporting tools which are helping the Society make smarter buying decisions, maximise savings and eliminate waste.”
