York estate agent celebrates major qualification

A York estate agent is celebrating passing her professional NAEA exams – after taking and passing four exams in one go!

Natalie Hick works at Redmove and now the qualified estate agent is recognised by the industry’s governing body as a ‘property professional of excellence’.

The NAEA exams are notoriously difficult to pass and require lots of studying to reach the required level and Natalie has now passed the NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property.

Natalie said: “This is a personal achievement and evidence of Redmove’s professionalism as an agency and shows our clients they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and who they can trust to do the job.”

Redmove boss Michael Redmond said he had made Natalie take all four of her exams at the same time – because he did the same years ago!

Michael explains: “Natalie has worked really hard and studied well to pass all four of her exams – I think she has done very well.

“Most people just attempt to do two exams at a time but I studied for all four so I thought it would be best for her to do the same – and she’s done extremely well!”

Redmove employs staff with integrity

Redmove is a fast-expanding York estate and letting agent and the firm has recently moved to Monk’s Cross for larger offices to deal with a growing list of satisfied clients.

The NAEA is looking to raise standards for estate agents around the country and its members are obliged to follow a code of conduct to ensure clients receive the very best and professional level of care.
