SYZYGY Group reports outstanding financial year, and new sales record
SYZYGY Group has beaten the impressive growth of 2013 to set a new sales record - an increase in net sales of 34 per cent to EUR 47.1 million. Operating income for 2014 rose disproportionately by 90 per cent to EUR 3.8 million and total net income after taxes was EUR 4.7 million, up 41 per cent on the previous year.
The UK segment of SYZYGY Group, which also has offices in the US, Germany and Poland, was buoyed by international expansion of its existing client relationships with Mazda and AVIS. The partnership with both companies was extended to additional markets, driving forward the Group’s international expansion in the reporting year.
Due to the strong cash position and positive outlook for the Group, the Management and Supervisory Board of SYZYGY Group have agreed to propose a dividend of EUR 0.35 to the Annual General Meeting on May 29, 2015.

“In the last 12 months we’ve won the Avis Performance Marketing account in the USA, opened a branch in Manhattan and assumed responsibility for Mazda’s digital platforms in Japan. Such prolific brands are aware they need a long-term strategy for online platforms and it’s fantastic that we’re able to help them meet the needs of modern consumers.
“The UK market exhibits the greatest maturity in areas of e-commerce and search engine marketing. It also has the highest internet penetration worldwide and exports more goods via e-commerce than the USA. For the current financial year, SYZYGY Group expects to increase organic sales by 20 per cent to EUR 55.0 million, and grow each of its business segments.
