Actilife has opened a 24 hour gym in Lewisham under a franchise with Anytime Fitness, a global brand with 2.5 million members.
The announcement follows shortly afterShravan Reddy, a London property developer, opened a branch of Anytime Fitness near St Paul’s Cathedral following a major NatWest funding boost.
Midlands based Thomas Guise solicitors acted on behalf of Actilife, with the acquisition led by director Wayne Thomas, he commented: “This was a challenging site purchase in a mixed commercial development, which also involved a successful planning appeal. However, all the hard work was worthwhile and Actilife now have a state of the art gym which has attracted a record number of members” “We are pleased to have played our part and look forward to working with Actilife in developing further sites in the future”
A spokesman for Actilife said: “It was reassuring to have a professional team at Thomas Guise who guided us through a difficult process and produced a great result for the company”
