Grays Executive Search expands to bring the best talent to Newcastle businesses

23 April 2015 - Grays Executive Search, part of nationwide recruitment giant, Cordant Recruitment, has expanded into Newcastle to help local and international companies find the best management talent across the city and the North-East.

As well as being the only dedicated general executive search business with a base in Newcastle, Grays will help match the best in business to the growing number of thriving UK and global organisations in the North-East from its new offices in the Cloth Market.

Dylan Christie, who lives in Gosforth, is the new Director of the Newcastle office and will deliver top level executive search with local knowledge and understanding. He has 15 years’ experience in senior level recruitment, including working for some of the UK’s largest recruiters, and is looking forward to using his skills to meet the growing demand for senior talent in the region.

Says Dylan Christie: “With the huge level of investment and growth in the North-East, from world class firms to new developments such as Science Central, there is a rising demand for top level people in the region.

The move into Newcastle for Grays comes just six months after the executive recruitment specialists first opened their doors at the exciting re-development at Kings Cross, London. Along with a second office in Birmingham, Newcastle will be the company’s third office to open within months.
