Sedley Place aids Sales Transformation refresh
Creative agency Sedley Place has been helping Sales Transformation, a specialist sales and bid transformation consultancy, refocus its service offer and communicate its refreshed offer powerfully and effectively through its company profile and website.
Sedley Place worked closely with Sales Transformation’s co-founders, Keith McMain and Lucy Allen, to analyse the business’ core strengths and primary areas of activity, refocusing its services around four core offers: bid outsourcing, sales process rigour, bespoke sales training and sales and executive recruitment.
The agency reviewed and developed two areas of Sales Transformation’s marketing; its company profile and website. Sedley Place reviewed the existing profile, offered recommendations for its improvement and restructuring, and wrote and designed this piece of collateral.
Sedley Place also reviewed Sales Transformation’s website, which the creative agency had previously designed in 2013. As a result, Sedley Place then developed the design of the site, oversaw the writing of new copy (for areas including the refocused service offer and new case studies), and project managed the build. This project also included the design and production of a new home page animation, encapsulating the company’s offer and commercial focus on generating sales results.
Giles Calver, planning director, at Sedley Place, said: “Having worked with Sales Transformation for a number of years, we have built up a really good understanding and affection for the business. It was good to be able to help Keith and Lucy crystallise their thoughts and then translate them into collateral that would work hard for them.”
Lucy Allen, director at Sales Transformation, said: “We knew Sedley Place had an instinctive understanding of our business when it first designed our website in 2013. When it was time for a refocus and a refresh, it was natural to come back. Our new company profile and redeveloped website really show off what we do in a clear and impactful way.”
The new site has just gone live, while the company profile is being used as an active part of Sales Transformation’s prospecting.
