Property entrepreneurs launch development company at St Pancras Square
London-based property entrepreneurs Rob and Will Bolton have today announced the launch of a new company, Real Estate View Limited.
Trading as Review Partners, the company will focus on sourcing investment and development opportunities across the residential market sector.
Review Partners, which has taken offices at St Pancras Square, will draw on the directors’ land assembly and masterplanning expertise to unlock value concealed by complexity and market dislocation.
Commenting on the launch, Rob Bolton, said: “Review Partners has been created because the director’s have identified a strong pipeline of residential sites that are considered simply too complex for traditional developers to tackle.
“By contrast, our specialist knowledge, flexibility and expertise, borne of working with some of the key development and investment companies in the business, means we can make such opportunities a reality.”
Both continue as partners of Altitude Real Estate LLP (which has changed its name to ARE Properties LLP).
Prior to this, Rob worked for the Berkeley Group and Argent Estates, and Will was a former equity partner at retail consultants, Harvey Spack Field.
