Particular growth is within the residential conveyancing service which has doubled the size of its department with the appointment of a five strong team that will deal specifically with the purchase of new build properties. Lauren Mills, joined the firm in January as an Employment Solicitor. With six years post qualification experience in the Teesside area Lauren’s focus is with business clients with the firm’s About HR employment service. Christopher Todd says, “The firm has worked hard over the past year to develop a clear approach to performance management and our business growth strategy. “Everyone across the firm is working hard and the recruitment of seven additional employees over the first three months of 2015 will help us continue to provide first class legal services to our personal and business clients”.
