GL Barker & Co LLP purchase Leeds premises to boost business growth

GL Barker & Co LLP has purchased and undertaken a major refurbishment of its Cross Gates, Leeds premises after securing funding from NatWest.

GL Barker & Co LLP, which specialises in managing accounts for SMEs throughout Yorkshire, is currently experiencing growth in the company team with the recent appointed of a new recruit that brings its total staff number to 15.

Since purchasing the property, a number of significant improvements have been made, including refurbishing the reception area in the main building and creating new office areas.

GL Barker & Co LLP, established in 1987, is also developing two flats in one of the buildings located on the site.

NatWest supplied a Commercial Mortgage to support the purchase.
