Using Your Tool To ‘Traca’ Trade

A survey conducted by Traca found that out of 183 builders, the 3 biggest ‘day to day’ issues that came out of the survey was - time management and communication for their sub-contractors, staff and clients; administration (paperwork) of tasks which often lead to customer discrepancies and finally marketing their business online.

This data has reinforced why a product with the capabilities of Traca has been developed. Traca allows mobile workers to communicate through the use of secure and private messages to multiple users, upload job progress, videos and images and vital documents in real time. Customer experience is enhanced through transparency and the business in question builds credibility and recognition through its service delivery.

User testing has included companies with diverse needs - from a security specialist which operates with 80 per cent mobile employees to a refurbishing company with 40 staff and 50 sub-contractors- and a builder with 8 full-time staff using multiple subcontractors in parallel who are always spread over several locations. The software is able to swiftly and simply align these workforces to benefit all parties.
