New cloud bookkeeping software will revolutionise your accounting
Online accountancy company The Accountancy Partnership, which boasts offices in Shoreditch, Warrington and on the Wirral is innovating the notoriously arduous process of bookkeeping with its new cloud based software, Pandle.
The company, which was established in 2006, offers businesses of all sizes from across the UK an affordable and quality-driven online accountancy service. Limited companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) can take advantage of this intentionally low cost service for as little as £49.50 per month while sole traders, contractors and freelancers can benefit from just £19.50.
As part of its continuous reinvestment, The Accountancy Partnership has also developed this cutting-edge software in order to eliminate the unnecessary complexities that many businesses are battling with when it comes to managing their accounts. Pandle is a blazingly fast facility that simplifies and streamlines accountancy processes to ensure businesses’ financial records are as up to date and tax efficient as possible.
Pandle, which gets its name via a play on ‘profit and loss’, was developed through a collaboration between The Accountancy Partnership and local software developers Yozu. Cloud based facilities negate the need for mind-boggling spreadsheets and costly software maintenance as data is stored on a central server that can be accessed at any time and in any place that provides internet connection.
The fully comprehensive, UK VAT ready package includes a whole host of useful features, which come completely free of charge as an Accountancy Partnership client. These include batch invoicing, daily backups and qualified online support, all with unlimited usage.
Pandle is also available to any business that isn’t on The Accountancy Partnership client register and can be trialled free of charge on a 6 month basis via its website. Following this complimentary trial period, users are then required to spend only £3 per month to continue enjoying the advantages of the technically advanced features. The company is hoping to permanently make Pandle a no-charge service in the future as it continues to develop.
Pandle Pro is currently in progress also and is set to introduce additional features including automated deadline reminders and estimate quote generators as well as bank and PayPal imports. This new feature is expected to be available by the end of the year.
Managing director at The Accountancy Partnership Lee Murphy, said:
“As accountants we found that the bookkeeping records produced in software that we were receiving were mostly incorrect. This was mainly due to clients misunderstanding how the software worked, and why would they understand it, it’s a minefield of features.“
He added:
“Pandle was created for small business owners with little or no knowledge of bookkeeping so that they could produce an accurate and comprehensive set of records as simply and efficiently as possible.
“When creating Pandle, if we thought a feature would be unnecessary for 80% of businesses, we didn’t include it. The features we did keep have been created as intuitively as possible by our dedicated team of experts.“
Simon Long of Pink.Cleaning is a Pandle client who works with his dedicated accountant Kirsty Murphy to ensure his financial records are consistently accurate and up to date.
He commented:
“Being a new business owner with little accounting experience brings a lot of challenges. Kirsty and Pandle come hand in hand and give me one less thing to worry about. Both bring simplicity and an excellent service. It means I can concentrate on my business knowing that if I do have any questions, support is just at the other end of the phone.“
If you would like to join Simon Long and many others in using this innovative software, claim your free 6 month trial or keep up to date with the development of Pandle Pro go to www.pandle.co.uk.
