Ten things Waste King’s house clearance customers love
When Waste King asked its house clearance customers why they used Waste King, the top ten reasons – in order of priority - were that its team:
- Collected the items – from anywhere on the property – and loaded it onto their truck calmly, efficiently and without the customer having to do anything other than to give some instructions and make some tea
- Didn’t let the customer down
- Took things that can’t, legally, be put into a skip – such as waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
- Cleaned up after the job was done – and did everything with the minimum of fuss and bother
- Arrived, by prior arrangement, within an agreed two hour period
- Didn’t over charge: charging only for the actual amount of waste collected – rather than, for example, by the ‘skip load’
- Guarantee to recycle as much of the waste as possible – typically over 98 per cent of every load collected
- Minimised the impact the waste will have on the environment
- Provided appropriate paperwork - to prove the customer had complied with all the relevant regulations about waste disposal
- Minimised the customer’s carbon footprint
