Reading’s Artesian Solutions strengthens leadership team with new Vice President of Services
Reading-based Artesian Solutions, the innovative developer of social intelligence software, has today announced that it has appointed a new VP of Services.
Brian Marin joins the company to oversee the teams responsible for customer onboarding, education, training and technical support for the company’s growing customer base, which this month expanded to 25,000 users.
Brian comes to Artesian from StreamScience, where as CEO he guided the commercial launch of the product and engineered the acquisition of the business by a US player earlier this year.
Prior to this he was Vice President of Global Services at Marin Software and a member of the operating committee responsible for the company’s successful IPO. He has also held various senior management roles at companies including Performics, DoubleClick and ShopSmart.
“Brian has extensive experience building and leading global teams for companies in rapid expansion mode,” commented Andrew Yates, CEO at Artesian Solutions.
“He is a natural fit for us, bringing a huge amount of strategic insight to the table and an impeccable track record of delivering results. He joins Artesian at an exciting point in our development and will help to shape our growth whilst ensuring we maintain our commitment to customer excellence.”
“Nothing can have a more positive impact on a business than improving its sales results. Artesian does just that,” said Marin. “As someone who enjoys helping customers succeed, I’m thrilled to be joining the world-class team at Artesian.”
