Taylor&Emmet secures client seal of approval
Local residents and businesses are singing the praises of Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP, with 98% rating the quality of advice and overall service it provides as good or excellent.
A further 98% of clients completing the solicitors’ feedback forms said they would instruct the firm again and 97% would recommend it to others.
At the end of every transaction, Taylor&Emmet asks clients to take part in a short survey looking at all aspects of their experience. Respondents have an opportunity to offer opinion on a variety of issues, ranging from accessibility and first impressions, to how well their matter was handled by staff.
In analysis of data received during the last 12 months, Taylor&Emmet was most successful in questions about the effectiveness of its communication, with 99% of respondents believing costs, charges and correspondence was conveyed clearly. In addition, 98% felt the advice provided was delivered promptly and to the agreed timescales all or most of the time.
Anthony Long, Taylor&Emmet’s chief executive, said: “Clients are at the very centre of everything we do, at all levels, across all departments and it is gratifying to see this focus on quality of service acknowledged. Numerous respondents highlighted the individuals who made them feel valued and respected and it is clear to see how much they appreciate the efforts we make to ensure they understand the legal process.
“The majority of our work comes from existing contacts, recommendations and professional referrals, which is why it is so important to garner opinion and indentify areas in which we can improve. We are really pleased to be performing so well in the eyes of clients and will continue to build on this positive feedback.”
