Doncaster’s Taylor Bracewell completes acquisition of Downton Commercial Law

After exchanging contracts mid-June, Law firm Taylor Bracewell, based in Doncaster, completed the acquisition of the Downton Commercial Law practice on earlier last week.

Due to this acquisition and the ongoing expansion of Taylor Bracewell, the law firm’s business, employment and dispute resolution teams in Doncaster have relocated to Downton Commercial’s office premises on Ten Pound Walk.
